For makers, print shops & boutiques
Your shop deserves its own address.
Leave the marketplace fees behind. We design, build and launch a store shaped around how you work — checkout, SEO and ads set up by one team, in one month. Then we hand you the keys.
Not a sales pitch. A free technical chat about your shop, your numbers and what we would build.
Hola, Google.
We've moved out of the marketplace. Same handmade pieces, new address — and the checkout is ours now. Drop by anytime.

The math
Etsy keeps up to a quarter of every sale.
Listing, transaction and processing fees on every order — and when the sale came through Etsy's Offsite Ads, another 15% on top. On your own store, the only cut is card processing.
Bring your last 12 months of sales to the discovery call — we'll run your real numbers, not this example.
Etsy's published US seller rates, 2026: $0.20 listing, 6.5% transaction, 3% + $0.25 payment processing; Offsite Ads 15% on ad-attributed orders for shops under $10K a year (12%, and mandatory, above that). Own store: Stripe US standard rate, 2.9% + $0.30. Sales tax, shipping labels and currency conversion not included; rates differ by country.
The usual way
Three vendors. Three invoices. Nobody owns the result.
- Invoice 01 · Developer
Builds it, then disappears.
Every small change becomes a new quote and a new wait. The site works — until the day it doesn't.
- Invoice 02 · SEO agency
Sends a PDF every month.
Long reports full of recommendations that nobody is actually paid to put into the site.
- Invoice 03 · Ads freelancer
Pays for clicks to a slow site.
Visitors land on pages that were never built to sell. The ads get blamed; the site stays the same.
Serphola is all three under one roof — one team, one channel, and one person to message when something needs doing.
How it works
One team. One month. Then it's yours.
You talk to the same people from the first call to the handover. No hand-offs between agencies, no chasing.
- DAY 0
Discovery call
Thirty minutes on your products, your numbers and where your customers come from. You leave with a plan either way.
- WEEK 1
Blueprint
Fixed scope and fixed price, in writing: pages, features, payments, shipping, and what moves over from your current shop.
- WEEKS 2–3
Build
Your design, your store and your catalogue, built and moved over. You review it as it takes shape — not at the end.
- WEEK 4
Launch
Checkout live, technical SEO done, Search Console and analytics connected, first ad campaigns running.
- DAY 30
Keys handed over
Logins, source code and recorded walkthroughs of your own admin. From here you run it — we're a message away if you want us.
What you own
Everything in your name. Not ours.
Plenty of agencies keep the keys so you keep paying. We do the opposite: if we disappeared tomorrow, your shop would keep selling.
- Your domainRegistered to you, renewed by you.
- Your paymentsStripe or PayPal in your name, paid straight to your bank.
- Your codeThe full source, handed over at launch.
- Your hostingOn your own account, not tucked inside ours.
- Your customersOrders, emails, Search Console and analytics.
- Your ad accountsGoogle and Meta, with your history and your card.

Your admin has the buttons you use — and nothing else.

FAQ
Questions shop owners ask us.
Do I have to leave Etsy?
No. Many sellers keep Etsy for discovery and send repeat customers to their own store, where there's no commission. Your store becomes home base; the marketplace becomes one more channel.
What happens after the first month?
You run it. The admin is built around your own workflow and you get recorded walkthroughs for everything. If you'd like us around, Care is optional and month to month.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do — domain, payments, hosting, source code, customer data and ad accounts, all in your name from day one.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can post on Instagram, you can add a product, change a price and mark an order as shipped.
Will people actually find my new store?
Launch includes technical SEO, Search Console, analytics and your first campaigns. Honest answer: a new domain takes months to earn search traffic, so we plan ads and your existing customers to bridge the gap.
Where are you based?
İzmir, Türkiye. Calls are in English, and our working hours overlap with Europe, the UK and the US East Coast.
Ready to give your shop its own address?
Book a 30-minute discovery call. We'll look at your shop, run your real fee numbers and tell you honestly whether moving makes sense yet.
- We look at your shop, products and where your sales come from.
- We run your real marketplace fees against your own store.
- You get a straight answer: what we'd build, how long, what it costs — or that it isn't worth it yet.
